- Serve as the technical authority on surface treatment processes within the workshop.
- Ensure the daily operational efficiency of electroplating processes, adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support the sector manager by actively participating in production and contributing to continuous process improvement.
- Conduct regular tests and manage galvanic baths, including parameter control, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
- Handle chemical waste management in compliance with current regulations.
- Identify and resolve anomalies in electrolytic deposits, implementing sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with production and quality teams.
- Optimize processes and contribute to the industrialization of new products.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Promote a positive work environment by encouraging communication and cooperation among teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards, and raise awareness of best practices to prevent accidents.
- Supervise candidate testing during recruitment processes.
- Technical training in chemistry, surface treatment, or materials (CFC, BTS, DUT, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years of confirmed experience in electroplating, ideally with dials and/or appliques.
- In-depth knowledge of electrolytic processes and galvanic bath management.
- Analytical and diagnostic skills to resolve technical issues.
- Ability to structure and impart technical knowledge effectively.
- Natural leadership to guide, mentor, and motivate teams.
- Rigor, analytical mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
