1. Serve as the technical authority on surface treatment processes within the workshop.
2. Ensure the daily operational efficiency of electroplating processes, adhering to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
3. Support the sector manager by actively participating in production and contributing to continuous process improvement.
4. Conduct regular tests and manage galvanic baths, including parameter control, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
5. Handle chemical waste management in compliance with current regulations.
6. Identify and resolve anomalies in electrolytic deposits, implementing sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with production and quality teams.
7. Optimize processes and contribute to the industrialization of new products.
8. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with internal standards.
9. Promote a positive work environment by encouraging communication and cooperation among teams.
10. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards, and raise awareness of best practices to prevent accidents.
11. Supervise candidate testing during recruitment processes.

1. Technical training in chemistry, surface treatment, or materials (CFC, BTS, DUT, or equivalent).
2. Minimum of 10 years of confirmed experience in electroplating, ideally with dials and/or appliques.
