- Examine and analyze the surface structure of metal objects for treatment.
- Calculate and determine coating parameters such as pre-treatment, current intensity, and deposition duration.
- Select appropriate treatment methods for various items.
- Quantitatively determine and calculate the necessary chemical components for electrolytes.
- Prepare, analyze, control, and monitor electrolyte baths.
- Immerse objects in electrolytic baths according to the required metal layer, ensuring adherence to programmed treatment times.
- Conduct precise inspections of metal layers during deposition, identify anomalies, and implement corrective measures.
- Operate and monitor automated galvanic treatment equipment.
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance with chemical usage.
- Perform post-treatment washing, surface finishing, and bath restoration.
- Document executed work, tests, analyses, and quality controls.
- Adjust, calibrate, and maintain technical equipment and machinery.
- Perform minor repairs and ensure the proper functioning of installations.
- Interest in horology, calculations, and chemistry.
- Desire for a comprehensive and enriching training experience.
