- Serve as the technical reference for decalcomania processes within the workshop.
- Ensure the preparation and maintenance of printing tools such as clichés, pads, inks, and solvents.
- Retouch and adjust pads to ensure suitable printing.
- Perform precise adjustments to ensure printing meets quality standards.
- Manage ink selection and printing parameters to ensure color stability and visual effects.
- Identify and resolve printing anomalies such as color, texture, precision, and adhesion issues.
- Implement and monitor sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with production and quality teams.
- Contribute to process optimization and the industrialization of new products.
- Train and support team members to enhance their skills, including apprentices.
- Explain and enforce job instructions and internal standards.
- Promote a positive work environment by encouraging communication and cooperation among teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Raise awareness of best practices and contribute to accident prevention.
- Supervise candidate trials during recruitment processes.
- Technical training in dial printing (CP or equivalent).
- Confirmed experience in decalcomania (8 to 10 years minimum), ideally on dials.
- Deep understanding of dial printing techniques.
- Analytical and diagnostic skills to resolve technical printing issues.
- Ability to structure and convey technical expertise pedagogically.
- Natural leadership to guide, mentor, and motivate teams.
- Meticulousness, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Team spirit and communication skills to foster a positive work environment and effective collaboration.
- Organizational skills and autonomy in managing daily priorities and tasks.
- Strong commitment to respecting and applying safety, health, and environmental standards.
8 to 10 years of confirmed experience in decalcomania, ideally on dials.
Technical training in dial printing (CP or equivalent).
