1. Serve as the technical reference for decalcomania processes within the workshop.
2. Ensure the preparation and maintenance of printing tools such as clichés, pads, inks, and solvents.
3. Retouch and adjust pads to ensure suitable printing.
4. Perform precise adjustments to ensure printing meets quality standards.
5. Manage ink selection and printing parameters to ensure color stability and visual effects.
6. Identify and resolve printing anomalies such as color, texture, precision, and adhesion issues.
7. Implement and monitor sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with production and quality teams.
8. Contribute to process optimization and the industrialization of new products.
9. Train and support team members to enhance their skills, including apprentices.
10. Explain and enforce job instructions and internal standards.
11. Promote a positive work environment by encouraging communication and cooperation among teams.
12. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
13. Raise awareness of best practices and contribute to accident prevention.
14. Supervise candidate trials during recruitment processes.

1. Technical training in dial printing (CP or equivalent).
2. Confirmed experience in decalcomania (8 to 10 years minimum), ideally on dials.
3. Deep understanding of dial printing techniques.

8 to 10 years of confirmed experience in decalcomania, ideally on dials.

Technical training in dial printing (CP or equivalent).
