1. Support the organization of efficient production by designing manufacturing lines tailored to processes, products, and client needs.
2. Lead organizational improvement projects to enhance the performance of production teams and support services.
3. Participate in quality performance management in workshops using and testing dedicated indicators.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement dynamic driven by the general management.
5. Assist the company in its transformation towards Industry 4.0.

1. Final year student in an engineering school with a focus on production management or industrial processes.
2. Proficiency in lean manufacturing and software applications with a strong desire to explore the industrial field.

1. Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with Power BI as an advantage.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in industrial environments is essential.

Final year of engineering school with a focus on production management or industrial processes.
