1. Support the organization of efficient production by designing manufacturing lines tailored to processes, products, and client needs.
2. Lead organizational improvement projects to enhance the performance of production teams and support services.
3. Participate in quality performance workshops using and testing dedicated indicators.
4. Promote and disseminate the continuous improvement dynamic driven by top management.
5. Assist the company's transformation towards Industry 4.0.

1. Final-year student in an engineering school with a focus on production management or industrial processes.
2. Proficient in lean manufacturing and software applications with a strong desire to explore the industrial field.

1. Mastery of standard analytical and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is a plus.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in industrial environments is essential.

Final-year student in an engineering program.
