1. Support the organization of efficient production by designing manufacturing lines tailored to processes, products, and client needs.
2. Lead organizational improvement projects to enhance the performance of production teams and support services.
3. Participate in quality performance management in workshops using dedicated indicators.
4. Promote and disseminate the continuous improvement dynamic initiated by senior management.
5. Assist the company in its transformation towards Industry 4.0.

1. Final-year student in an engineering school with a focus on production management or industrial processes.
2. Proficiency in lean manufacturing and relevant software.
3. Strong analytical and presentation tool skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
