- Develop and fine-tune CNC and turning programs based on technical drawings.
- Integrate programs into CNC machines and determine optimal machining methods, including tool selection and speed settings.
- Optimize cutting and engraving processes considering material constraints, thickness, and tolerance.
- Adjust programs based on quality outcomes and production constraints.
- Prepare production resources and ensure availability of necessary tooling.
- Conduct initial setup and adjustments on components to validate conformity.
- Maintain and update CNC programming volumes for the machine park.
- Lead technical discussions with specialists and sector managers to drive process improvements.
- Identify improvement opportunities in process reliability, performance, and quality.
- Propose solutions to reduce material waste, enhance cutting times, and ensure reliable settings.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with Methods, Quality, and Production teams.
- Identify risks during feasibility phases and implement corrective actions.
- Technical training in microtechnology, automation, or mechanics.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in programming, preferably within the watchmaking or micromechanical industry.
- Analytical skills with a focus on precision and execution rigor.
- Passion for technology, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Team spirit and communication skills to foster a positive work environment and effective collaboration.
- Organizational skills and autonomy in managing priorities and daily tasks.
A minimum of 8 years in a similar programming role, ideally within the watchmaking or micromechanical industry.
Technical training in microtechnology, automation, or mechanics.
