1. Serve as the technical authority for applique assembly processes within the workshop.
2. Ensure mastery and optimization of various applique application techniques, including traditional, arm, and sticker methods.
3. Guarantee precise and compliant positioning of appliques through effective pointing techniques.
4. Identify and resolve assembly anomalies such as misalignment, insufficient adhesion, and aesthetic defects.
5. Implement and monitor sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with production and quality teams.
6. Contribute to process optimization and the introduction of new techniques or materials to enhance precision and efficiency.
7. Train and support team members, including apprentices, to ensure skill development.
8. Explain and enforce internal standards and work instructions.
9. Promote a positive work environment by encouraging communication and cooperation among teams.
10. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
11. Raise awareness of best practices and contribute to accident prevention.
12. Supervise candidate evaluations during recruitment processes.

1. Technical training in watchmaking, jewelry, or horological component assembly.
2. Confirmed experience in a similar role (minimum 8 to 10 years) with dials.
