- Serve as the technical authority for applique assembly processes within the workshop.
- Ensure mastery and optimization of various applique application techniques, including traditional, arm, and sticker methods.
- Guarantee precise and compliant positioning of appliques through effective pointing techniques.
- Identify and resolve assembly anomalies such as misalignment, insufficient adhesion, and aesthetic defects.
- Implement and monitor sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with production and quality teams.
- Contribute to process optimization and the introduction of new techniques or materials to enhance precision and efficiency.
- Train and support team members, including apprentices, to ensure skill development.
- Explain and enforce internal standards and work instructions.
- Promote a positive work environment by encouraging communication and cooperation among teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Raise awareness of best practices and contribute to accident prevention.
- Supervise candidate evaluations during recruitment processes.
- Technical training in watchmaking, jewelry, or horological component assembly.
- Confirmed experience in a similar role (minimum 8 to 10 years) with dials.
- In-depth knowledge of applique techniques and pointing.
- Analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving technical assembly issues.
- Ability to structure and convey technical expertise pedagogically.
- Natural leadership to guide, mentor, and motivate teams.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
