1. Greet clients warmly and engage them to deliver a professional and friendly welcome.
2. Manage customer flow to ensure a seamless in-store experience, especially during peak times.
3. Conduct store tours, showcasing extensive knowledge of its history and interior décor.
4. Assist store management in ensuring adequate coverage of store entrances.
5. Welcome each customer individually with utmost courtesy, learning and using their names.
6. Provide support to Client Advisors during the selling process.
7. Handle basic queries and refer complaints appropriately.
8. Participate in organizing in-store events and coordinate special moments for guests.
9. Respond to special customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
10. Exhibit outstanding communication and guest relations skills.
11. Record and update customer information in CRM systems.
12. Contribute to maintaining high security levels and prevent product thefts.

1. Passion for human relations and experience in building long-lasting relationships.
2. Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of the local area and entertainment for guest recommendations.
6. Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are desirable.

Previous experience in a luxury setting such as a spa, hotel, or residential environment is preferred.
