1. Provide attentive and accurate table service to guests.
2. Assist team members across different sections to ensure smooth operations.
3. Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
4. Engage with customers, recommend menu items, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
6. Assist with cafe set-up and closing duties.
7. Ensure seamless communication between the front and back of house.
8. Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales.
9. Adhere to company guidelines on uniform care and personal grooming.
10. Comply with all health and safety regulations.

1. Possess food hygiene certification.

Experience in a similar role within the luxury cafe or hospitality sector is preferred.
