1. Implement and maintain store windows and interiors according to guidelines from the Visual Merchandising Manager.
2. Support the setup and maintenance of window displays and interiors, tailored to individual store needs and merchandise.
3. Adjust in-store merchandising based on sales trends, market characteristics, and customer demographics.
4. Resolve specific visual merchandising challenges related to store size and inventory levels.
5. Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising Department to align visual strategies with business objectives.
6. Coordinate with the Retail Merchandising Department to implement market-appropriate outfits based on stock.
7. Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising standards.
8. Provide guidance to in-store visual merchandising staff.
9. Collaborate with the Communication Department on in-store events and press presentations.
10. Train shop staff to maintain corporate display standards.

1. More than 3 years of experience in visual merchandising for international fashion companies or creative fields.
2. International or regional experience is advantageous.

Over 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within international fashion companies or creative sectors, with a preference for candidates with international or regional exposure.
