1. Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans.
3. Encourage cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
4. Ensure efficient sales floor management and uphold Prada standards.
5. Demonstrate sales leadership and build client relations.
6. Promote a digital mindset within the team.
7. Stay informed on market trends.
8. Ensure an exceptional client experience and engagement.
9. Cultivate customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
10. Manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
11. Provide consistent coaching and identify team development needs.
12. Encourage information exchange and conduct morning briefings.
13. Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team members.
14. Ensure synergy between front and back of house operations.
15. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
16. Provide feedback on department needs to relevant departments.
17. Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge and company policies.
