1. Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through product performance analysis.
3. Foster cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
4. Ensure efficient sales floor management and maintain Prada standards.
5. Act as a role model in sales leadership, supporting team sales and client relations.
6. Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Identify opportunities to gain new clients and strengthen client loyalty.
8. Provide consistent coaching and development for team members.
9. Optimize stockroom management and support synergy between front and back of house.
10. Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies in all operational activities.

1. Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.

5. Problem-solving skills.
6. Organized and detail-oriented.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.

Proven experience in a retail management role within the luxury fashion industry, demonstrating leadership and sales expertise.

Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
