1. Drive and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and propose strategic business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
4. Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
5. Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
7. Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
8. Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
9. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
10. Promote a culture of private appointments.
11. Foster an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication.
12. Ensure the team is informed about the Prada Group's products, market, competitors, and policies.
13. Attract and recruit top talent through networking.
14. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams.
15. Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
16. Organize and participate in local events in partnership with stakeholders and influencers.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable.

Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the luxury retail sector.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
