Prada Store Manager

- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Develop and implement business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure a high standard of client service on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
- Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and implement clienteling initiatives.
- Promote a culture of private appointments.
- Foster an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment.
- Ensure the team is informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
- Ensure visual displays attract clients and maximize sales.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
- Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent spoken English.
