Prada Store Manager

- Drive the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Develop and propose action plans based on performance analysis.
- Ensure the store team exceeds KPI targets, including cross-selling and upselling across product categories.
- Represent the company in the local market to increase foot traffic and build brand loyalty.
- Maintain a presence on the sales floor to ensure the highest standard of client service.
- Promote omni-channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
- Support e-commerce channel development with timely responses to orders and high service standards.
- Monitor store expenses to meet operating budgets.
- Provide product feedback and participate in buying sessions when needed.
- Proven experience in managing a boutique or flagship store.
- Solid understanding of luxury products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
