1. Drive and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and propose business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
4. Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall.
5. Ensure an exceptional client experience on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
7. Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
8. Foster a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
9. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.

11. Ensure the team is knowledgeable about the brand, products, and market.

13. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams.

15. Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
16. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
17. Organize local events in collaboration with the Retail Events Office.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
