Prada Store Manager

- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Develop and propose strategic business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
- Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure a superior client experience by being present on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
- Manage the store's operating budget and control expenses.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
- Promote a culture of private appointments.
- Foster an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication.
- Ensure the team is informed about product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations.
- Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
- Ensure cooperation between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Fluency in local language and English.
- Business-driven mindset.
- Ability to motivate and persuade.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Confidence and enthusiasm.
- Organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Knowledge of market and product trends.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
