- Drive and maximize sales performance.
- Develop and propose business plans.
- Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
- Represent the company in the local market to attract new clients and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure exceptional client service on the sales floor.
- Promote Omni Channel development through the team.
- Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
- Foster a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
- Promote a culture of private appointments.
- Encourage an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication.
- Ensure team preparedness with product knowledge and market awareness.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams.
- Ensure attractive displays that maximize sales.
- Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
- Ensure cooperation between front and back of house.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Retail Events Office for local event organization.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
