1. Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
2. Ensure a high level of client service by being present on the sales floor and fostering an Omni Channel approach.
3. Drive sales performance, develop business plans, and manage store expenses to meet operating budgets.
4. Cultivate a client-centric mindset, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and service.
5. Promote an entrepreneurial spirit and effective communication within the team.
6. Mentor, train, and coach the store team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.

1. Several years of experience in a management role within a luxury retail environment.
2. Over two years of experience in leading and coaching a store team.
3. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
4. Fluency in German and English is required.

1. Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and the luxury retail market.
2. Customer service orientation with strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a store team.

Several years in luxury retail management, with over two years in a leadership role.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
