1. Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
2. Manage daily goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor efficiently.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
4. Oversee the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
5. Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
6. Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
7. Coordinate the display objects system.
8. Participate in the management of uniforms and gifts flow.
9. Ensure correct protection and packaging of products for store and transfer, including E-Commerce shipments.
10. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, focusing on communication and documentation.
11. Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
12. Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
13. Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timing.
14. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
15. Maintain security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
16. Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing available spaces.
17. Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
18. Maintain relationships with providers.
19. Update and organize the archive monthly.
20. Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures from relevant managers and headquarters.

1. Passion for human relations and sales
2. Problem-solving skills
3. Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
4. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
8. Fluency in English and Norwegian

Previous experience in a similar stock management or warehouse role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
