Prada Stock Specialist

- Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
- Manage daily goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor efficiently.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
- Oversee the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
- Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
- Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
- Coordinate the display objects system.
- Participate in the management of uniforms and gifts flow.
- Ensure correct protection and packaging of products for store and transfer, including E-Commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, focusing on communication and documentation.
- Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
- Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timing.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales.
- Maintain security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing available spaces.
- Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain relationships with providers.
- Update and organize the archive monthly.
- Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures from relevant managers and headquarters.
- Experience in a similar role
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Fluency in English and Norwegian
Previous experience in a similar stock management or warehouse role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
