Prada Stock Specialist

Prada is a Milanese luxury fashion house and part of the Prada Group, internationally recognised for craftsmanship, innovation and contemporary design. The Group operates globally with multiple brands and maintains creative, multidisciplinary teams across merchandising, retail and operations.

1. Manage daily goods receipt and process incoming merchandise according to corporate procedures.
2. Prepare and stage products for the sales floor and special store areas, ensuring correct rotation and presentation.
3. Ensure the security and safe handling of products and valuable material throughout warehouse operations.
4. Track and update product flow and stock movements using the SAP system.
5. Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness in line with corporate standards.
6. Coordinate returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers and e‑commerce deliveries to meet corporate guidelines and deadlines.
7. Order and manage packaging materials to support store needs.
8. Support sales staff on the shop floor to maximise availability and conversion.

1. Previous experience in a similar stock or warehouse role; luxury retail experience preferred.
2. Fluent spoken English.
3. High affinity for luxury goods and attention to product detail.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with inventory systems and procedures, specifically SAP.
