Prada Stock Controller

- Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
- Manage goods receipt and storage, optimizing timing and efficiency.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and return transfers in compliance with guidelines.
- Oversee the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
- Handle damaged, non-sellable, and repair products appropriately.
- Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and digitally.
- Participate in the management of uniform and gift flows.
- Ensure proper product protection and packaging for store and transfer purposes.
- Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
- Manage product flow and documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company schedules.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales.
- Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Optimize and rationalize available space in collaboration with management.
- Support sales associates and collaborate with the visual merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain relationships with providers and update archives monthly.
- Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
