Prada Stock Controller

- Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage daily goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas efficiently.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and return transfers, adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
- Oversee the flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
- Handle damaged products, non-sellable items, and products under repair.
- Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
- Manage display objects and participate in uniform and gift flow management.
- Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer purposes, including e-commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
- Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessory locations, adhering to company schedules.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales and ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing available spaces in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
- Support Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain relationships with providers and update the archive on a monthly basis.
- Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and company procedures from relevant managers and headquarters.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
