1. Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Manage daily goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency for sales floor preparation.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company timelines and guidelines.
4. Oversee the flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring service level agreements are met.
5. Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
6. Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
7. Maintain the display objects system.
8. Participate in the management of uniforms and gift flows.
9. Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for store and e-commerce transfers.
10. Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, including communication and documentation.
11. Support investigations in cases of system discrepancies.
12. Record and manage product flow and documentation in the IT system.
13. Participate in physical and cycle inventories, adhering to company schedules.
14. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
15. Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
16. Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space utilization.
17. Support sales associates and collaborate with the visual merchandising team as needed.
18. Maintain relationships with providers.
19. Update and organize archives monthly.
20. Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.

1. Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand

1. Understanding of luxury customer service
2. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Fluency in English

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
