Prada Senior Stock Controller

- Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage daily goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency for sales floor preparation.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company timelines and guidelines.
- Oversee the flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
- Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
- Maintain the display objects system.
- Participate in the management of uniforms and gift flows.
- Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for store and e-commerce transfers.
- Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, including communication and documentation.
- Support investigations in cases of system discrepancies.
- Record and manage product flow and documentation in the IT system.
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories, adhering to company schedules.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales.
- Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space utilization.
- Support sales associates and collaborate with the visual merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain relationships with providers.
- Update and organize archives monthly.
- Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
- Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
