- Ensure meticulous care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage daily goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency and preparing products for the sales floor.
- Coordinate shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company timelines.
- Oversee the flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
- Handle the processing of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
- Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
- Manage display object systems and participate in uniform and gift flow management.
- Ensure correct product protection and packaging for in-store and transfer purposes, including e-commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, focusing on communication and documentation.
- Support investigations into system discrepancies.
- Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in IT systems.
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company schedules.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales, ensuring security and cleanliness.
- Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space usage in collaboration with Store and Operations Managers.
- Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain provider relationships and update archives monthly.
- Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
- Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Fluent spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge and passion for the managed product category.
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector, particularly in women's ready-to-wear, is required.
