1. Ensure meticulous care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Manage daily goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency and preparing products for the sales floor.
3. Coordinate shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company timelines.
4. Oversee the flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
5. Handle the processing of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
6. Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
7. Manage display object systems and participate in uniform and gift flow management.
8. Ensure correct product protection and packaging for in-store and transfer purposes, including e-commerce shipments.
9. Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, focusing on communication and documentation.
10. Support investigations into system discrepancies.
11. Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in IT systems.
12. Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company schedules.
13. Support warehouse activities related to sales, ensuring security and cleanliness.
14. Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space usage in collaboration with Store and Operations Managers.
15. Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
16. Maintain provider relationships and update archives monthly.
17. Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.

1. Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
2. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Fluent spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
