- Safeguard and maintain product integrity in accordance with company guidelines.
- Oversee daily management of goods receipt and storage, ensuring timely preparation for sales floor display.
- Coordinate shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company protocols and timelines.
- Manage the flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
- Handle damaged, non-sellable, and repairable products efficiently.
- Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
- Maintain display object systems and ensure proper organization.
- Participate in the management of uniform and gift flows.
- Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer purposes, including e-commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in case of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Assist in investigations of system discrepancies.
- Manage product flow and documentation, recording movements in IT systems.
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories, adhering to company schedules.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales.
- Ensure warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing space utilization in collaboration with Store and Operations Managers.
- Support Sales Associates and collaborate with Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain provider relationships and update archives monthly.
- Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
- Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in women's ready-to-wear.
