1. Identify local training needs in collaboration with business support departments and Headquarters Training leadership.
2. Develop and implement training programs using various delivery modes, including in-person and digital platforms.
3. Train store staff to enhance Customer Experience in line with Corporate and Brand standards.
4. Ensure proper implementation of the Client Journey, focusing on Human Touch, Brand DNA, and Clienteling.
5. Support Retail Merchandisers in delivering Product Training.
6. Maintain a presence on the sales floor, providing feedback on customer interaction behaviors.
7. Participate in onboarding new store employees, collaborating with HR on training content.
8. Monitor training effectiveness through KPI analysis and direct observation.
9. Provide feedback to Head Office Line Managers/HR and Store Management on team progress.
10. Manage budgets and costs related to store training.
11. Utilize digital tools and LMS platforms effectively.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Store/Retail Trainer, focusing on Client Journey and Clienteling.
2. Experience in store leadership.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, and LMS digital platforms.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
