1. Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
2. Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
3. Achieve KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and brand values.
5. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships.
6. Promote an Omni Channel mindset, integrating in-store and online experiences.
7. Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client service teams.
9. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury shopping experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations.
13. Adhere to company procedures regarding security, inventory, and reporting.
14. Foster a positive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
