- Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Achieve KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and brand values.
- Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships.
- Promote an Omni Channel mindset, integrating in-store and online experiences.
- Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and client service teams.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury shopping experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations.
- Adhere to company procedures regarding security, inventory, and reporting.
- Foster a positive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
