1. Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service both in-store and via e-commerce.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM, fostering personalized client relationships and future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers effectively and offer informed advice.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with management and the Client Service team.
10. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and stock room organization.
14. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
15. Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service principles.
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
