Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Convey and promote the Prada brand philosophy and values to clients, guiding them into the world of Prada.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
  • Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and DNA.
  • Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships, offering a personalized approach and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to discuss and advise customers.
  • Resolve client complaints in coordination with the line manager and client service team.
  • Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
  • Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Host and conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with the Back of House, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
  • Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand.

Skills

Understanding of luxury customer service. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
