- Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively enhancing service quality and responding to customer needs both in-store and online.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring superior sales and customer service quality.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, Prada's history, culture, and brand DNA.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage and advise customers knowledgeably.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
- Handle products with utmost care and respect.
- Utilize company digital tools to provide a comprehensive luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
- Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining organized stock.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Foster a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Understanding of luxury customer service principles.
- Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
