1. Welcome and serve clients, delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the Brand’s values.
2. Build and maintain long-term client relationships using a personalised approach and CRM/digital tools.
3. Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities through cross-selling across departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Maintain up-to-date product, brand and market knowledge, including competitor and fashion trend awareness.
5. Preserve high standards of shop floor presentation and visual display in line with company operational guidelines.
6. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
7. Contribute to loss-prevention and security measures to safeguard products and store assets.

1. Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships in a retail or customer-facing environment.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
3. Demonstrable product knowledge and genuine interest in luxury fashion, art and design.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and to meet sales targets consistently.

Proven retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, with a track record of achieving individual sales targets and cultivating repeat clients. Experience using CRM systems to manage client relationships is expected.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or prior retail/luxury sales training preferred.
