3. Ensure high quality of sales and customer service, exceeding KPI goals.

5. Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
6. Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.

10. Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with Back of House for daily store operations and maintain organized stock.
13. Comply with operational guidelines, security, cash activity, inventory, and reporting procedures.
14. Foster open communication with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment and embrace diversity and inclusion values.
