Prada Sales Advisor Intern

1. Welcome clients and deliver an in-store experience that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
2. Build and maintain privileged client relationships through a personalised approach and the use of CRM and digital tools.
3. Maximise sales opportunities and enable cross-selling across product categories to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Maison and its products; remain informed on fashion trends and competitor activity.
5. Manage client issues and liaise with the store manager when escalation is required.
6. Ensure the sales floor is impeccably maintained and that visual merchandising and display standards are consistently respected.
7. Adhere to operational stock procedures and contribute to loss-prevention and security measures on the sales floor.

1. Strong commercial instinct and passion for client-facing sales.
2. Marked interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
3. Proven ability to create and develop client relationships.
4. Effective and rapid problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication abilities and team-oriented mindset with capacity to work autonomously.
6. Fluent French and English; an additional language is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in building client relationships; prior retail or luxury customer service experience is desirable. Suitable for candidates at internship level seeking a summer placement.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Fashion, Luxury Management, Communications or a related discipline (student status preferred for internship).
