1. Deliver an exemplary in-store experience that embodies the Brand’s philosophy and values.
2. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using a personalised approach and CRM/digital tools.
3. Drive sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs through proactive selling and cross-selling across departments.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, fashion trends and competitor activity.
5. Ensure shop floor standards and visual displays meet Company operational guidelines; follow stock procedures.
6. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
7. Contribute to loss-prevention efforts and maintain high levels of security awareness on the sales floor.

1. Proven aptitude for relationship-based sales and clienteling in a luxury retail environment.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse international clientele.
3. Strong product and brand knowledge within the assigned category.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
5. Problem-solving mindset, curiosity about fashion, art and design.

Experience in retail sales with a demonstrated ability to build long-lasting client relationships; prior luxury or premium-brand experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent. Tertiary studies in fashion, business, retail or a related field are an advantage.
