- Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.

- Proven experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous.
- Passion for human relations and sales.
- Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the managed product category.
Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is required.
