Prada Retail Training Intern

- Support the department in deploying and implementing training content across various touchpoints.
- Assist with vendor coordination and maintain the training library.
- Manage the editorial calendar for digital platforms, upload content, and enhance user experience across markets.
- Monitor training results, provide actionable insights, and identify trends to support business objectives.
- Maintain trackers, calendars, and operational documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, or technology is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in digital tools and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Creative, solution-focused, and innovative thinking.
- Analytical skills with a penchant for data analysis and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Previous internship experience in retail, luxury, hospitality, or technology is advantageous.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology, or a related field.
