Prada Product Development Manager

1. Manage the product category from prototype development to product industrialization.
2. Interface with design and creative direction to analyze and interpret product development needs.
3. Ensure proper management of model study and refinement activities.
4. Define priorities and timelines for the jersey product development team, adapting to changes in priorities.
5. Interface with external suppliers to ensure correct prototype realization.
6. Monitor planning and adherence to prototype development timelines.
7. Verify with the design team that prototypes meet creative and commercial needs, participating in the defect correction phase.
8. Collaborate with the pricing office for the valuation of test garments.
9. Ensure the correct progression of the collection for the assigned category, collaborating with relevant departments.
10. Participate in the industrialization activities of assigned models, analyzing pattern-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
11. Supervise the management and preparation of technical sheets containing measurements and notes for various design, development, and production phases.
12. Manage special projects related to sports events and international collaborations, interfacing directly with entities and final clients.

1. Degree in fashion or clothing, with a technical focus
2. At least 15 years of experience in product development, preferably in the luxury textile sector

3. Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level)
4. Fluent in English (B2/C1 level)
5. Availability for travel
6. Proficient in PLM, AS400

At least 15 years of experience in product development, preferably in the luxury textile sector.

Degree in fashion or clothing, with a technical focus.
