Prada Product Development Manager

- Manage the product category from prototype development to product industrialization.
- Interface with design and creative direction to analyze and interpret product development needs.
- Ensure proper management of model study and refinement activities.
- Define priorities and timelines for the jersey product development team, adapting to changes in priorities.
- Interface with external suppliers to ensure correct prototype realization.
- Monitor planning and adherence to prototype development timelines.
- Verify with the design team that prototypes meet creative and commercial needs, participating in the defect correction phase.
- Collaborate with the pricing office for the valuation of test garments.
- Ensure the correct progression of the collection for the assigned category, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Participate in the industrialization activities of assigned models, analyzing pattern-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Supervise the management and preparation of technical sheets containing measurements and notes for various design, development, and production phases.
- Manage special projects related to sports events and international collaborations, interfacing directly with entities and final clients.
- Degree in fashion or clothing, with a technical focus
- At least 15 years of experience in product development, preferably in the luxury textile sector
- Excellent people management skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving orientation
- Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2/C1 level)
- Availability for travel
- Proficient in PLM, AS400
