Prada Product Development Manager - Men's Jersey

- Manage the product category from prototype development to product industrialization.
- Collaborate with design and creative direction to interpret product development needs for collection and show pieces.
- Ensure effective model study and refinement processes.
- Prioritize and schedule the jersey product development team, adapting to priority changes as needed.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure proper prototype realization.
- Monitor prototype development timelines and adherence.
- Verify prototypes meet creative and commercial requirements, participating in the defect correction phase.
- Work with the pricing office to assess sample garments.
- Ensure proper collection advancement for the assigned category, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Participate in the industrialization of assigned models, addressing and correcting pattern-related issues.
- Oversee the preparation of technical sheets detailing measurements and notes for each phase of design, development, and production.
- Manage special projects related to sports events and international collaborations, liaising directly with entities and final clients.
- Degree in fashion or apparel with a technical focus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in product development, preferably in the luxury textile sector.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving orientation.
- Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1).
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in PLM and AS400 systems.
