1. Support the monitoring of the Collection Plan, ensuring alignment among various teams involved.
2. Collaborate in managing the development timelines for Collection/Runway/Post-Runway/Pop-Up, verifying progress and achievement of objectives.
3. Organize and coordinate periodic meetings, preparing agendas, support materials, and operational follow-ups.
4. Assist the Design Office in preparing project materials and documentation.
5. Contribute to the operational planning of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality of deliverables.
6. Facilitate communication between the Design Office and Product Development offices, ensuring proper information flow.

1. Degree in Fashion Management or related fields.
2. Previous experience of 8 years in fashion/luxury contexts.

1. Knowledge of all Men's RTW Product Categories, including Design/Materials/Accessories/Manufacturing.
2. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
3. Precision, attention to detail, and time management orientation.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
5. Proficiency in main Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Fluency in Italian and English.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in the fashion or luxury industry is required.

Degree in Fashion Management or related fields.
