Prada Product Development and Procurement Specialist

- Support the office in defining fabrics, materials, accessories, and types of processing.
- Manage reference samples, model coding, components, and coloring.
- Verify fabric stock levels required for garment production and plan purchases, negotiating purchase conditions.
- Prepare supply contracts and purchase orders, ensuring delivery timelines meet defined deadlines.
- Monitor the delivery status of raw materials and semi-finished products.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and workshops for the creation of wardrobes and bespoke garments.
- Participate in prototype and industrialization fittings, optimizing the process.
- Manage the entry of finished product orders and monitor progress until shipment/delivery.
- Oversee the opening and progress of production orders.
- Degree in fashion/apparel technical field.
- Strong organizational and relational skills.
- Precision, flexibility, excellent teamwork abilities, and goal orientation.
- Knowledge of pattern construction and garment construction techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.
- Good command of the English language.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a purchasing/product office within the luxury textile apparel industry.
Degree in fashion/apparel technical field.
