1. Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Manage the daily receipt and storage of goods, following company procedures and criteria.
3. Prepare products for display on the sales floor and in designated areas, optimizing timing and efficiency.
4. Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
5. Maintain and organize display objects and related systems.
6. Support Sales Associates during the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team when required.
7. Assist the sales team with tasks such as wrapping merchandise for customers and serving drinks.
8. Contribute to the organization, maintenance, and optimization of the warehouse.
9. Keep the sales floor clean and tidy.
10. Support back-of-house operations, including deliveries and stockroom organization.

1. Strong organizational skills for managing stock and maintaining tidy workspaces.
2. Attention to detail in handling products and tracking inventory.
3. Basic IT proficiency for using stock systems and internal tools.
4. Team collaboration to support sales associates and visual merchandising.
5. Customer service mindset, including assisting with wrapping and refreshments.
6. Time management to meet operational deadlines efficiently.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to support various store needs.

Previous experience in retail or a similar role is preferred.
