1. Manage all aspects of the store's back of house operations, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and enhancing the client journey.
2. Assist the Store Manager in implementing store activities aligned with corporate guidelines, supporting sales, policies, and KPIs.
3. Maintain effective communication with other departments and external providers.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Store Manager in operational standards and staff training.
5. Lead and develop the back-of-house team, fostering a high-performance and service-driven culture.
6. Support workforce planning and partner with the Store Manager on recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
7. Oversee inventory management, ensuring product care, efficient stock usage, and adherence to inventory policies.
8. Manage store administration, ensuring accurate cash management and transaction documentation.
9. Maintain optimal store environment and coordinate with internal and external parties for smooth operations.
10. Support the Store Manager in planning and executing store projects and initiatives.

1. Proven retail management experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Previous administration and cash handling experience.
3. Fluent in English.

4. Operational excellence in a high turnover retail environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
