- Execute fitouts of store windows and interiors according to the Visual Merchandising Department's guidelines, ensuring daily maintenance and alignment with brand standards.
- Adapt visual presentations based on store merchandising, sales trends, market characteristics, and customer demographics, while adhering to headquarters' directives.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Merchandising to enhance customer traffic and sales through strategic product displays tailored to market and seasonal demands.
- Provide guidance to Store Managers and Category Department Managers to maintain visual standards within their respective areas.
- Train store staff on fundamental visual merchandising principles.
- Submit timely photographic documentation of visual setups to headquarters for review and potential adjustments.
- Communicate regularly with headquarters to report on visual implementations and provide sales feedback by product category, while monitoring competitors and market trends.
- Assess and report on the condition of store interiors, display elements, and visual props, managing their replenishment, return, or disposal as necessary.
- Coordinate with the Communication & PR Function for in-store events and press presentations.
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry
- Passion and knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry
- Interest in visual merchandising and retail operations
- Ability to balance commercial objectives with creative vision
- Understanding of store dynamics and sales strategies
- Strong social and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to complex environments
4 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the fashion industry.
