Prada In-Store Visual Merchandiser

- Execute store fitouts according to the defined schedule, adhering to guidelines from the Visual Merchandising Department and ensuring daily upkeep.
- Implement necessary changes based on store merchandising, sales, market characteristics, and customer demographics, in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Function.
- Assist with fitouts in other stores within the city as required by the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager.
- Update the Display APP with photographs of displays and shop windows following any changes.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement fitouts that enhance customer traffic and sales, selecting appropriate outfits for the market, customers, and season.
- Provide product display guidelines to the Store Manager and Department Managers.
- Submit photographs of periodic fitouts and changes to the Visual Merchandising Function for review and adjustment.
- Provide feedback on the outcomes of fitouts to the Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising Functions.
- Report on the condition of store interiors, shop windows, and display elements to the Visual Merchandising Function.
- Coordinate with Events and Promotional Activities for fitouts related to specific in-store events and collaborate with the Communication and PR Department for press presentations.
- Manage store props in collaboration with the Stock Manager.
- Work with Client Service Development for displays during private client appointments.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury or premium brand sector.
- Proficiency in using and interpreting retail KPIs to guide merchandising strategies and enhance sales.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Willingness to work early hours, weekends, and holidays to execute merchandising initiatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of the luxury fashion retail landscape with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating impactful designs and presentations.
- Experience in maintaining high visual merchandising standards and adapting to evolving trends and brand guidelines.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising, ideally in the luxury fashion sector, with a track record of creating elevated in-store experiences.
