Prada In-Store Visual Merchandiser

- Execute store fit-outs according to the defined timeline and guidelines from the Visual Merchandising Department, ensuring daily maintenance.
- Implement necessary changes based on store merchandising, sales, market characteristics, and customer demographics, in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Function.
- Participate in fit-outs of other stores within the city if required by the Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager.
- Update the Display APP by photographing displays and shop windows whenever changes occur and uploading images accordingly.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement fit-outs that enhance customer traffic and sales, selecting appropriate outfits for the market, customers, and season.
- Provide product display guidelines to Store Manager and Department Managers.
- Submit photographs of periodic fit-outs and changes to the Visual Merchandising Function for review and adjustments.
- Offer feedback on fit-out results to the Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising Functions.
- Report on the condition of store interiors, shop windows, and display elements to the Visual Merchandising Function.
- Assist with fit-outs for specific in-store events and cooperate with the Communication and PR Department for press presentations.
- Manage store props in collaboration with the Stock Manager.
- Support Client Service Development/VIC during private client appointments.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within the luxury or premium brand sector.
- Proficiency in using and interpreting retail KPIs to inform merchandising strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work early hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Comprehensive understanding of the luxury fashion retail landscape.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience in maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Demonstrated ability to create elevated and distinctive in-store experiences that align with brand aesthetics.
