- Support the Store Manager in maximizing store potential and achieving business and qualitative objectives.
- Plan and implement training programs aligned with global, local, and store priorities.
- Promote a culture of shadowing, observation, feedback, and coaching at all store levels.
- Collaborate with store leadership to develop team performance and individual client advisor growth.
- Ensure effective implementation of the client journey, focusing on conversion, clienteling, and product knowledge.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop action plans for store and client advisor levels.
- Leverage in-store training tools and collaborate with other retail functions for training activities.
- Monitor training quality and retention, promoting a self-learning culture with digital tools.
- Lead in-store coaching, focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
- Manage onboarding for new hires, facilitating their induction and partnering with HR.
- Experience in training or learning roles within luxury retail.
- Proven ability in shadowing and coaching store roles, including client advisors and store leadership.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and structured thinking skills.
- Fluency in English is advantageous.
- Coaching certification is a plus.
- Understanding of business needs and ability to create action plans.
- Ability to plan and execute training calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Strong business mindset with a focus on driving results.
- Public speaking and content creation skills.
- Ability to innovate learning methods, both digital and live.

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within luxury retail.
