1. Collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership to identify and address training needs aligned with business priorities.
2. Develop and implement training action plans at both store and individual Client Advisor levels.
3. Utilize in-store training tools, including sessions, coaching, daily briefings, and best-practice sharing.
4. Coordinate with other retail functions, such as Merchandising, CRM, and Events, to organize and manage training activities.
5. Conduct team gap analysis, build individual coaching plans, and provide ongoing feedback on team member progress.
6. Support Store Leadership in cascading training content related to brand, client journey, and product knowledge.
7. Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence and monitor training content retention.
8. Foster a self-learning culture within the store, emphasizing digital training tools.
9. Lead a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
10. Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating their induction and partnering with HR.

1. Bachelor's degree in learning and development, human resources management, psychology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in retail training or a managerial role within retail.
3. Completed trainer qualification and relevant professional experience.

2. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
3. Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
4. High level of communication skills.
5. Fluent in English.

A minimum of 5 years in the retail training field or in a retail managerial role, with completed trainer qualifications and relevant professional experience.

Bachelor's degree in learning and development, human resources management, psychology, or a related field.
