Prada In-Store Trainer

- Collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership team to identify training needs aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and implement training action plans at both the store and individual Client Advisor levels.
- Utilize in-store training tools, including sessions, coaching, daily briefings, and best-practice sharing.
- Coordinate with retail functions to organize and manage specific training activities.
- Conduct team gap analysis, create individual coaching plans, and provide ongoing feedback on team performance.
- Support store leadership in cascading training content on brand, client journey, and product knowledge.
- Drive in-store training initiatives with active shop floor presence.
- Monitor the quality, impact, and retention of training content.
- Foster a self-learning culture with emphasis on digital training tools.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on selling skills, client experience, and brand ambassadorship.
- Conduct shadowing and coaching sessions with store leadership to ensure effective one-to-one processes.
- Manage onboarding journeys for new hires, facilitating their induction and partnering with HR.
- Bachelor's degree in learning and development, human resources management, psychology, or a related field.
- Trainer qualification and relevant professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of talent management and personnel development methods.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- High-level communication ability.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 4 years in retail training or a retail managerial role.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
