Prada In-Store CRM Manager

- Ensure the accuracy of customer data inputted by the store team and validate data accuracy within the system.
- Review and analyze sales associate performance, including all elements of KPIs and MBOs, providing store managers with individual sales associate overviews and strategies.
- Launch and monitor new CRM systems and functions within the store.
- Communicate effectively with the local retail team.
- Enhance system functionalities and processes.
- Manage customer lists and generate reports, assisting in their interpretation within the store.
- Strategize local marketing activities based on customer data.
- Assist store managers in setting up in-store CRM action plans, considering event calendars and business environments.
- Conduct regular CRM training sessions with the sales team.
- Support store managers in activities related to the VOCE Project, focusing on store feedback collection and customer follow-up actions.
- Proven experience in CRM with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Solid knowledge of luxury goods and products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently towards objectives.
- Demonstrated training and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Proven experience in CRM, particularly within the luxury sector, with a strong understanding of KPIs and customer engagement strategies.
